I think you're asking if we make the wrist (circumference) measurement bigger on the left sleeve than on the right. The answer is that we don’t. Although some, mainly Italian, manufacturers do create their shirts like that. Our sleeves are actually not that tight around the wrist  that you can't wear the watch under the cuff.
