I never do because of personal preference, but is it okay to wear Black and Blue together?

Hi,

Yes, it is absolutely okay to wear blue and black together. A Navy suit with a black belt and black shoes is a classic English look, the likes of which you’ll see all around the St James area.

However, there are certain combinations that I’d avoid, for example a blue suit with a black shirt or blue shoes with a black suit.

Jay -- I don't know how to tell you this, but in your profile photograph you appear to be wearing a black suit and shirt and a blue shirt. My best explanation for this: that *isn't* a photograph of you, but a photo you picked to illustrate the presumed faux pas?
