Terms and Conditions
1) To enter this competition, you must register on the T.M.Lewin “Off The Cuff” community at community.tmlewin.co.uk . No purchase is necessary.
2) By entering this Competition you agree to comply with, and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3) Once you have registered on the T.M.Lewin “Off The Cuff” community you can enter an many times as you choose although you will only be eligible to win one prize. T.M.Lewin and Sons Ltd (“T.M.Lewin”) are unable to accept postal entries.
4) The prize for the best 3 captions as voted by a T.M.Lewin panel is a VIP Yes, Prime Minister Theatre weekend which includes 2 top price theatre tickets, hotel accommodation for one night at the Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington and a pre-theatre meal for 2 people at Chez Gerard on Friday or Saturday evening. Travel to and from London or within London is not included. The theatre will do its best to find tickets on your choice of weekend but dates will depend on availability. All tickets must be taken by Thursday 25th November 2010.
5) The next 10 runners up will each win 2 top price theatre tickets, again dates are subject to availability and all tickets must be taken by Thursday 25th November 2010.
6) All T.M.Lewin customers and community members can also benefit from an exclusive offer of a free programme and glass of wine when they buy any top price ticket for Yes, Prime Minister. Only 1 programme and glass of wine is available per ticket bought. This ticket offer only applies to tickets bought before 17th October for any Monday to Thursday performance from 16th September until 21st October, and is subject to availability.
7) The winners will be contacted via email to arrange collection of their prize. T.M.Lewin reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to substitute any prize with an alternative prize of equal value.
9) All Competition prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
10) The Competition is open to anyone over 18 years of age. The Competition isn’t open to staff of T.M.Lewin, the immediate family of staff, or anyone directly connected with the Competition and Yes, Prime Minister the play.
11) T.M.Lewin don’t accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged. Proof of entry onto the online community is not proof of receipt by T.M.Lewin.
12) THE CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF ENTRIES IS midnight on 23rd September 2010.
13) Any entries made after this date and time will be discounted.
14) The final decision of the winners remains with a T.M.Lewin panel. Winners will be notified by email, post and/or telephone within 28 working days of the closing date. T.M.Lewin will make every effort to contact the winners. If T.M.Lewin cannot contact a winner an alternative winner will be selected and notified within a further 28 days.
15) You can find out the names of the judges and/or the winners by sending a SAE to: T.M.Lewin Yes, Prime Minister Competition, T.M.Lewin, 6-7 St Cross Street, London, EC1N 8UA, up to two months after the closing date.
16) Entrants agree to participate in publicity relating to the competition and to publication of their name, likeness and county of residence, for the purposes of announcing the winner of this Competition and for related marketing purposes.
17) T.M.Lewin reserve the right to amend the Competition terms and conditions and to withdraw the prizes at any time.
18) T.M.Lewin reserve the right to withdraw comments from the competition where cheating or foul-play is suspected, as well as comments that are not in keeping with the competition theme. T.M.Lewin’s decision on this is final.
19) English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts shall prevail.
