Five Tips on Dress & Style

Chaps! Wear that tie for work. Not wearing one for business work does not look good and gives the impression of not caring, it looks too casual. Remember, 'perception is every thing'. Wearing a tie for business work sends the signal of personal pride, dignity and courtesy to others.

Chaps! Wear that tie!Strong primary colours are very important with that suit. It sends a signal of personal confidence. A bland or pale coloured tie or shirt does not really work, especially the two together as it may give the impression of insecurity and indecision. Try not to wear a pink tie. Spend a bit of time experimenting with different colours until you find one that works for you personally. It`s a well known fact that we all have individual colours that go naturally with our complexion and colouring. Don’t be shy of using strong colours, it`s a natural 'male thing'.

Don’t follow the current High Street fashion, it most probably will not work for you. Try and experiment until you find things that do work well for you personally.

Your wardrobe can be as limited as you want. The key to its success is to spend a bit extra and invest in one or two key items such as a good pair of shoes and a two well cut suits. Look after them and they will last you a very long time. Don’t go for a suit that you can put in the washing machine! For £50 it looks just what it is. Horrible.
