I'm 6' 4", 230 lbs, fairly athletic build.  My chest measures 45", typically buy pants 38" or 40" waist, depending on the cut.  I fit well in your 17/38 slim fit shirts.  I'm wondering whether I should go with a 44L or 46L for your suiting. I realize a visit to the tailor for alterations will be necessary to ultimately get things right. Any advice would be appreciated.
