Can you please suggest a tie that would be suitable to a Prince of Wales check double breasted suit? A white shirt would be the obvious choice, maybe with a dark-grey tie. Are there other options as well?

Just a few questions to establish the best option for you. Firstly, what is the occasion the tie is for? Secondly, is the Prince of Wales suit check a Navy or Grey and does it have a highlight colour in the check?

Hi Anthony,

The suit will be mainly for office, it is grey with a subtle single red line in the check.

Hi Bogdan,

I have a few options that will complement this suit for work. You could opt for our  Blue End On End White Collar Slim Fit Shirt and partner this with the Burgundy Plain Ottoman Tie or the Burgundy Blue Pin Dot Tie. Or, if you want a more traditional finish, any of our white shirts will look smart with our Prince of Wales suit, with either the Grey Pin Dot Tie or one of the two ties mentioned above. Our Blue Gingham Check Slim Fit Shirt is also a great shirt for this suit and again you can wear it with the Burgundy Plain Ottoman Tie or the Burgundy Blue Pin Dot Tie.
