Hi,

I was under the impression from previous posts that the red label suits were slim fit (sackville cut) and the blue label regular fit (jermyn street cut).

However, after visiting a store today i was told there are both sackville and jermyn street cuts available in both red and blue label suits depending on the specific name? 

Can you confirm which is correct?

If there are both, can you also show how there is a way of identifying on the website which cut the suit is, as often it isnt shown, and I don't think this key information is shown very clearly and explained on the website.

In addition, there seem to be many suits in store which are not on the website (eg the Bath suit) - will these be added shortly or is the website stock managed separately?

Personally, I am looking for a blue label (110s) sackville cut suits - do any of the suits currently online match these criteria?

Thanks for your comment. This is correct and I will ensure that we update the website this week to make it clearer.

Just for reference – when you click on a suit there is a ‘More Info’ section at the bottom of the page, and this will provide you with the details and cut of each suit.

These are the blue label Sackville cut options online:

  • Spitalfields Charcoal Sharkskin 2-Button Slim-Fit Suit 40670
  • Ashby Navy Herringbone 2-Button Suit Jacket - 40678
  • Sedburgh Navy Pinhead 2-Button Slim-Fit Suit - 40504
  • Columbia Navy Sharkskin 2-Button Slim-Fit Suit - 40672
  • Portobello Grey Sharkskin 2-Button Slim-Fit Suit - 40674
  • Thirsk Grey Herringbone 2-Button Slim-Fit Suit - 40676

Currently, we have don’t have seasonal suits on the website, this will change in the spring and our website will showcase all of the suits that we stock.

Hi Anthony

 

A number of the blue label Sackville cut suits that you say should be available online are not available, namely the Portobello, Columbia and Thirsk. As I rely on the online store, is there any chance this will be corrected in the near future? (I am particularly interested in the Portobello).

We’re very sorry about this, but all of the suits that you’ve mentioned here will be available on our website again in mid-February, including the Portobello.
